最近やっとネギの価値が分かってきたように思います。
ネギの繊維が口の中に残ったり
むやみに辛いということはありません。
海苔と麺と一緒に食べる時に
ネギが少し挟まると歯ごたえがよくなります。
チャーシューが角切りなので興味深いです。
「味付けたまご」もちょうど良い茹で具合でした。

味噌ラーメンだとどうしても
今までの固定観念があってニンニクを入れたくなります。
