まず辛いと感じました。
次に複雑な香辛料の味を感じました。
豆板醤（トウバンジャン）や麻辣醤（マーラージャン）、
甜麺醤（テンメンジャン）などの様々な調味料が使用されています。
辛くても完食できました。
途中で半熟玉子を入れて味をまろやかにしました。
とにかくご飯が進む味なので
糖質制限食実践者ではありますが
大盛無料期間でしたので大盛にしました。
辛いおかずだけ残ったら悲惨ですから。
