方針としては

最初に「うな丼」として食べて

残りは「牛丼」として食べる。

「牛丼」は生玉子を使ってすき焼き食いにする。

の方針に従いました。

味が濃いのでご飯は大盛りの方が良いかもしれません。

【最後に一言】

タレの勢いで食べる「うなぎ」であっても

これだけ柔らかいと「うなぎ」だけ食べたくなりました。
