「うどん」の久兵衛屋と思っていたら
「そば」も発売したらしい。
早速食べに行って
「そば」しか載っていないメニューを
指差して注文したら
「うどん」が出てきました。
おとなしく食べて帰ってきましたが
今回は再度同じメニューにチャレンジです。
「これおそばですよね」
「ハイ」
確かに復唱して確認しました。
今回は「そば」が出てきました。
【「黒豚つけ汁そば」を食べての評価】
「豚つけ汁うどん」は何回も食べました。
この味が好きだからです。
今回は「黒豚」になった分味も
より一層良くなったように感じられました。
粗挽きそば粉を入れた二八そばを
茹でたてで提供しています。
風味豊かな香りと味を
お楽しみください。
とメニューに書いてありました。
「そば」を種から蒔いて作って来た自分としては
「うどん」ほどには、まだこなれていない気がしました。
