今日は「丸亀製麺」に入ってみました。

昼過ぎたら比較的座席を選び易いお店
という事です。

撮影の準備に手間取り
うどんは固まり
玉子は撮影位置を変えようとしたら割れました。
味は悪くありませんが
どうも「ぶっかけうどん」は苦手です。
伊勢に行って食べた「伊勢うどん」が
どうもトラウマになっています。
うどんの町に住んでいると
やはり汁がないとなぁ〜
結局「雪国まいたけ天」は
うどんの友にはなりませんでした。
