＃518「すき家」で「うな牛」を食べてきました。

今日は「うな牛」を紹介します。

【「うな牛」選択の理由】

Webを検索していたら目に入りました。

別段コマーシャルをしている訳でもないのですが

急に食べたくなりました。

【「うな牛」を食べての評価】

方針としては

最初に「うな丼」として食べて

残りは「牛丼」として食べる。

「牛丼」は生玉子を使ってすき焼き食いにする。

の方針に従いました。

味が濃いのでご飯は大盛りの方が良いかもしれません。

【最後に一言】

タレの勢いで食べる「うなぎ」であっても

これだけ柔らかいと「うなぎ」だけ食べたくなりました。

＃517「吉野家」で「牛皿麦とろ御膳」を食べてきました。

今日は「牛皿麦とろ御膳」を紹介します。

【入店の理由】

そろそろ牛丼を食べなくてはと思った次第。

【「牛皿麦とろ御膳」選択の理由】

牛丼「アタマの大盛」を食べに行ったのですが

メニューを見て考えを変えました。

【「牛皿麦とろ御膳」を食べての評価】

牛皿は大きな牛肉の塊が2個と玉ねぎで

極端な話「二口」で食べ終わりました。

「麦飯」はちょっと引きましたが

十分にふやけていて違和感はありませんでした。

お米とは全く違って粘り気は全くありません。

自分は「麦とろ」に興味がありました。

「麦飯」に「とろろ」と「玉子」を混ぜて食べると

以外とサッパリして美味しいのでした。

「麦飯」は粘り気がないので

レンゲじゃないと食べにくいと思います。
